Junior Seasonal Programs
week long Introduction camps for those new to the sport and summer practice and training for those looking to be competitive in the Fall.
Head racing season, practice and train to compete in head races. Head races are usually around 6000 meters long.
Train and then compete in indoor rowing races. I has been said the medals are won in the winter, just collected in the spring.
Sprint racing season, practice and train to compete in sprint races. Sprint races are 2000 meters in length, just like you see in the Olympics.
Rowing offers the opportunity for all shapes and sizes to compete, there are open weight and light weight classes and if you are of a small frame there is the coxswain spot also.
